Love it here! I use to go to Banfield, but then I found West U, and what a difference. I highly recommend West U.

I recently moved to West U and my 3 year old Yorkie was attacked by a large dog at the dog park. The staff at West U was MARVELOUS! They helped Sammy right away and they calmed me down. He had to have stitches and he had to stay overnight. Everything was very affordable and they really care about your pet's well being. This is my new vet and if you care deeply for your pet you should see if they can become yours too! They also work closely with local rescue groups to help with Houston's homeless pet population! AWESOME!!

Awesome hours and really wonderful staff. Our dogs have been long-time patients at another vet clinic, and we had a last-minute emergency after our vets office was closed. My dog had a massive cut needing stitches on his abdomen, and we were able to bring him in as they were closing their doors. They stayed open late to help us out. We had such a great experience that we have turned over all of our pets' records to this clinic for regular care. GREAT neighborhood addition.
