They are great! The doc is good, caring and very gentle. Their prices are the best I have seen. They even take walk-ins at no extra charge. Plus they are open to 2 on Saturday. Like I said, my sister and I have three dogs and Ijust love this place!. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

After dealing with incompetent people at "Heights Veterinary Clinic" and facing a life or death situation with our animal, we came across Yale Animal Clinic. We called and explained our situation to them. Without any hesitation, they said come over right away! Yale Animal Clinic was shocked that the Heights Veterinarian Clinic did not treat our situation with "emergency care and actions." 1. Go here if you want your animal to live 2. After losing one of my kitten due to poor service and experience from one clinic, I brought my other sick kitten to Yale Animal Clinic, they treated her with care, sent us on our way with the proper medication, my kitten ( BooBa ) has made a speedy recovery. They were fairly priced and down to earth, I will continue to bring my animals to this clinic.

My experience at this clinic was horrible! One of the women there is really rude and brute! I'll never go there again. That's for certain!

I have never liked this clinic, but my husband took our dog there before we met. Finally He is allowing me to take our dog elsewhere. The lady that works there is not very nice, The place is run down and old. We went there for an emergency at 7:30am and no one was there & we waited for 30 minutes and no one showed up. I showed the vet some scabby spots on my dogs skin and he said they were ant bites and now those spots are all over her body. I am going to take her to a new vet this week for a 2nd opinion on my dogs leg.
