Dr. Groemminger, Wendy and the other Clinic staff members are "thee absolute best." These professionals are extremely knowledgeable in providing the right kind of pet care, and they offer a special kind of catered compassion. When you need an engaging medical staff to hear and care for your pets' pain - this is the place to go. As a pet-parent, I will forever be blessed in knowing they can and will handle any emergency. They are AWESOME!

Although my Peaches has been through so very much and still fighting for her life, the physicians and techs here have put there heart and souls into saving my precious baby. She was attacked by a massive dog and has been through a surgery with Dr. Groemminger, who has been up front and honest about every procedure and step along the way. I definitely would recommend this Clinic to any and all others. It is not cheap but the care is worth the empty pocket. Thank you all for the care and support of Peaches recovery...see you soon since we are not out of the woods yet!

We have brought our dog here on three separate occasions and always received excellent service with a caring staff. I have never had to wait to see a vet. Yes, it cost more because it is an Emergency Clinic and on all three occasions they offered to wait until my regular vet gets in but we always wanted to to get them immediately taken care of. On one occasion, we had Dr. Potter as our vet and she was extremely nice to our family and she really cared! If you have a pet emergency, I would recommend this Emergency Clinic.

Pretty much the only after hour service you are going to get in our area and they know it. They gouge you on cost! You are not leaving there for less than $700 -$1,000. They charge you outrageous prices for the simplest of treatments. We took our dog there with damage to his eye and they wanted more than $1,000 to take the eye out. We took the dog home and waited for the Crosby vet to open in the morning. They took care of the dog for about $175. These people should be ashamed for taking advantage of people.

This is the BEST ER we have ever had to use. The staff, especially JP, has been extremely attentive and helpful with our sweet fur baby, Bella. They have cared for her just as if she was their own and have been very informative when it came to explaining what was going on with Bella! We will DEFINITELY use this location again IF we ever need an ER again, hopefully not, but now we at least know we have a WONDERDUL one we can depend on!
