DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My Husband and I have nothing good to say about this Vet office. First off the staff is so rude, you wait 40mins after your scheduled appointment time to be seen, and they do nothing but hurry and rush you out!! Dr. Thompson shouldn't be aloud to treat animals. We took our 3yr old Dandi Dinmont Terrier to be seen for an eating issue that he has had since December 2011. Dr Thompson chuckled at us after just looking at him and said don't worry about it because he's not loosing weight. She then said her goodbyes and we went home. Just last week our dog because very sick. I called Banfield as soon as I noticed something was wrong, but they refused to see us until our next appointment. Which was Wednesday July 25th. We took our dog to another Vet, a great Vet. And finally figured out that he had a serious condition that could have been treated months ago, when we first went and saw Dr. Thompson. He is now on 4 different medications, and is doing a lot better. I called to complain about Dr. Thompson and her staff to their corporate office, and got a call from Dr. Thompson this morning saying that my Husband and I refused to have our dog treated, diagnosed, and medicated. She NEVER once offered to run tests, or give him medication. She is a liar. If she would have taken the time to examine him properly then he wouldn't have gotten so sick. If you are about your pet DO NOT take them here. They are rude, and they are liars!!!!!!!!!
