Love this experience. I believe fully in spaying and neutering your pets. This facility is top notch. They have very affordable prices. The staff is amazing. I received excellent pre-op instructions as well as post-op instructions. The facility was very clean, the staff was very organized. It was a smooth process from start to finish. I will be bringing my boy there, as well as both of my babies to have their dental done.

Was extremely impressed with the quality of service I was given. I had my cat spayed and declawed and am very happy with the results. It was low cost compared to a veterinarian's office. Was given things to help take care of my cat post op that I've never been given before. Staff was extremely polite. I definetely would recommend to anybody interested in their services. My cat is recovering better than I had expected her too.

I couldn't have selected a better place to get my baby spayed at. The entire staff were great, lots of patience (thumbs up on this one), and very nice. They explained the procedure and prices upfront and made sure you were aware of all the extras. They were very attentive. And for my baby, Problem (her name says it all), they were very gentle and understanding with her. I would definitely recommend them and give them a 5 star plus. The staff was VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I received thorough and easy to understand pre-op and discharge instructions. The entire process was very efficient yet I felt that my sweet little dog received personalized care and was not treated as if she were in an assembly line. Thank you!

My experience with TCAP personnel was great. Everyone was very nice and seemed to care about Hank when I dropped him off and picked him up. The rest of our experience wasn't so great. Hank's incision opened up a little bit (just the glued part) the day after his neuter. He never had his cone off so he had no access to it. I called the after hours number. The vet tech I spoke with told me to put an ice pack on it to stop the bleeding and to watch it. I did and the bleeding stopped. While on the phone with her, I asked if we should start him on antibiotics since he now had an open wound. She said no. That night while we slept, Hank got his cone off and licked the incision the rest of the way open. There was lots of blood. I called and spoke with a TCAP vet tech and she said if I couldn't get the bleeding to stop then he needed to be seen at an emergency clinic. Three hours and $480 later, Hank was better. He had to be sedated, have a terrible infection cleaned out, and had to be re-stitched. He is on 3 antibiotics, an anti-inflammatory, and pain pills. He is finally feeling better and healing. I understand that there is a true need for low cost vet clinics. Without you, there would be so many more abused and neglected animals. I thank you for what you do, BUT...gluing the incision on a 70 pound adult dog and not putting him on antibiotics when the incision first came open weren't the best choices. I would have much rather have paid for antibiotics than an emergency vet bill.
