I recently took my dog in for bleeding, I knew she was NOT in heet, they said she was, come to find out she had about 10 bladder stones and was bleeding and nothing to do with heet cycle because she had already been spayed. LOUSY! This is the second of my dogs that was mis-diagnosed. Do I recommend this place? ARE YOU NUTS!!!!!. The staff was OK and nice but STUPID. This clinic is the worse in history of vets. First they ask if money no object we can do this, which means they want money instead. Second they lied repeatedly on course of actions, miss diagnose problem and after agreeing to perform a procedure then decided to deny care for my dog. They are very insensitive and the specialist vet DR. Green cant be trusted and will continue to lie to you. Also never experienced a Dr that will ever talk back and be rude. Please say to yourself are you prepared for disappointment.

The staff was very sweet, especially the technician who helped me. The veterinarian on staff was wise, seasoned, gentlemanly, and affectionate toward my dog. I went in with an injured pet who required immediate attention, and they accommodated me right away. I highly recommend this place.

Doctors are great, but not the vet techs. I recently took my dog for 2.vaccines he had left. Bordetella and influenza. They ended up putting the leptosporosis even tough he got it last month.

I feel sorry for all the pets under their care on this VCA hospital they should call them money hospital all the staff are bad impolite and rude no feeling at all they only care for money not for the loving pets. When you walk to this place before they look at you they ask for your money and ask you to sign lots of paper work such is fine but still you standing with the loving sick animal on your hand who dying and still not have a room to sit. After long hours of waiting one person come ask the same question you already sign and write down on paper again and again Vet come ask the same question again and again I only see those thing in court they ask the same question over and over again is this place a court ??????????????????they should call killer court animal hospital worse place I see in my life never go there they lie to your face over and over and they enjoying that you loving pet is suffering, it is all about money that is ok but being rude and liar and stupid and cold heart staff like a marshal court, I feel like I am in court instead being in care hospital think about to change the name of this hospital to the court house of poor animals sorry for all of you I wish I can do something to save those poor animal suffering from those cold and rude people working there.
