My wife & I have had nothing but great experiences w/All Pets Animal Hospital. They've taken great care of our kittens (now cats) for the past year. They have good hours to accommodate a busy work day & still make it in to see the vet. They always answer all of our questions & make sure we're good before we leave after each visit. I highly recommend All Pets for your pets.
We had a pleasant experience with All Pets Hospital of Katy. We brought our 16 yr old poodle that we thought was having seizures but actually the doctor stated it was convulsions due to a high fever. From the moment we walked into the clinic we were treated with kindness and compassion and this was at 2:30am. The Vet and staff kept us informed with everything they were doing to try and save our beloved Mandi. Her condition was very serious and we elected to put her down. The Vet and staff told us to take all the time we needed with our dog and it was comforting to know that they cared about her as much as we did. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet that needs vet services.
I had taken our cat to a different veterinarian l early on a Saturday and it got vaccinations as part of a checkup. Hours later after they had closed I noticed the cat was having bad reactions to the vaccination foaming at the mouth and drooling puddles. I did not want to drive all the way to Animal Emergency Clinic off of 610 and a quick search online turned up All Pets Emergency just a few miles from my house. I arrived and they buzzed me into the building and took mine and the cats information. After this I was put into a room with a hard wooden uncomfortable as can be bench where I was told the vet would come in and see the cat soon. Soon turned out to be 3 hours later. This was not because it was busy-there was only one other person there with an “emergency” which in my three hours of waiting I could overhear the entire conversation turned out to be that their dog had diabetes. For three hours this person asked the vet every single question you could imagine regarding this condition and then some it was not an emergency it was a question and answer session. For three hours the vet sat in that room and answered questions and ignoring our emergency in the next room. Any veterinarian with a brain would have told this person to hold on for 5 minutes while they checked on the cat in the other room and then they could return and answer this persons questions to their hearts content considering nobody else was there. The cat could have died 10 times over in the amount of time we sat around waiting to be seen while the vet just sat in another room answering questions about a condition that could have been explained in a brochure, telling them to do online research, or simply excusing herself from the room to see what our emergency was and then returning afterwards. After three hours of waiting the diagnosis for our cat took less than 5 minutes and turned out not to require medical attention. I could have driven off of 610 to the Animal Emergency Clinic and back 5 times in the amount of time I sat around in this place and will never return. If you have a serious medical pet emergency I recommend going elsewhere because your pet will most likely die in the time you spend waiting around in this place!
I am a Certified Veterinary Technician originally from Connecticut, who recently moved with my family and pets to the Houston area. I researched veterinary practices thoroughly prior to moving and although there were many facilities closer to my new home, I chose All Pets Animal Hospital to care for my pets. The AAHA accreditation which All Pets Animal Hospital has achieved is acknowledgement of the high level of care and service they offer to their clients and patients. After several visits to the hospital with my pets (dogs, cats, and geckos), I knew that I had made the right decision for me and my animals. Dr. Choyce, as well as the other doctors which have cared for my pets, are all very knowledgeable, kind, gentle, and seem to genuinely care for my pets, regardless of their species or size. The staff and technicians are also very pleasant, and are gentle while restraining my pets for their exams. They all keep me well informed along the way, so I can make informed decisions regarding the care of my pets, as well as stay within my budget. I am completely satisfied, and thrilled to have found the perfect practice, right here in Katy.
We've been taking our dogs to All Pets Animal Hospital for years. The vets and technicians are always friendly to both my two legged family members and four legged. Our experiences have always been positive. As long as we have pets, we will continue to take them to Dr. Choice and the other vets at the clinic.
