We are using Grand Park Animal Clinic on S Mason to board our cat when he can't travel with us. Staff here are great people, caring and kind to our kitty. We love them, Macoto doesn't feel stressed out as he is at other places we tried. We would really recommend this place.

I have never had a vet clinic go above and beyond like everyone here does!! Everyone is very nice,compassionate,and helpful. They truly care about you and your pets!! (If I could only find a Doctor for me like that!) We have many offices within minutes from our home, but I will always choose to drive out of my way to take my pets to Grand Park Animal Clinic.

This place is great, really the best vet I have visited. The care is very personal, I don't feel like just a customer here. Dr. Crouch does a wonderful ear cropping job. The staff is friendly and honest and seem to have my and my dogs best interest in mind. They even met with me on a Sunday just to clean my dogs ears! And they didn't charge a thing. They have been fair and honest in pricing with me. I am very satisfied with this vet. Highly recommended!

I was here from out of town and my cat had become ill so I rushed her over to the nearest animal clinic I could find. Big mistake. Although the cost had seemed to be in the usual range, the bill included all types of charges and was more expensive than my own visit with my doctor! The vet barely talked to me the whole time and seemed to be in a rush while checking out my cat. The assistant seemed incompetent and honestly, besides the lack in communication, the vet seemed uncaring towards my pet and didn't genuinely seem too concerned with his health. She prescribed medicine but was unclear in its application and didn't warn me of the possible dangers that could result. I had to research those myself later! Also, there were dogs running around the entire office and waiting room while I waited to pay and they scared my cat everytime they came around sniffing and pawing at his cage. They kept me waiting for about 15 minutes while "the bill was being prepared." This visit was ridiculous and I will never take any pet here again!

Want to be confused lied to and overcharged? Want to be charged again for something they where suppose to do the first time that you already paid for? Did I mention being overcharged! Yes the people are very nice while they lie to you and take your money with their confusing excuses. Also honestly they don't really seem to be very knowledgeable about anything they can't go in the back and look up in a book real quick! I will never recommend this place and for sure will never take an animal there again, I will self treat first!
