If you want to go home with fleas, go to Kingsland. Kingsland is the worst vet experience we have had in 3 years. Our dog had an infection & also needed a bath. We made the mistake of boarding dog over the weekend, bath & pick-up were the following Monday...vet bill was $370, included in vet bill was a charge for a "flea kill pill", required to board pet. Kingsland obviously knows they have a flea problem or they wouldn't require flea kill pill to board pet. Our pet needed a bath, she was very dirty, she did not have fleas before taking her to Kingsland. After bath, we now have fleas in our home & car. No one wants to go to any vet, get home & have fleas, infuriating. My opinion, vet should refund 2 nights boarding, cost of flea kill pill & bath. Hasn't happened!! And, we have complained, we were told to hire an exterminator by one of the receptionist. Shortly after picking our dog up, when we initially noticed a new flea problem, we went back to Kingsland to get a " free" flea kill pill, I spoke to Holly, the office manager, Holly offered the pill, knew we were going to be there within minutes to pick pill up. The pill was waiting for us at the desk, I asked to speak to Holly, was told she was in a meeting...my take, if I had a customer who drove back to business due to questions/concerns, I would see them ASAP, NOT HIDE BEHIND A RECEPTIONIST. We are still fighting fleas, we don't like the idea of poisons, we have been trying home remedies from the internet, to no avail. No one wants an inherited flea problem!!

We brought our family dog here last week to get her nails trimmed. We have had bad experiences with PetSmart cutting too close to the quick and causing our little dog unnecessary pain and torment. Therefore, we decided to give Kingsland Blvd Animal Clinic a try hoping they had the expertise to cut our dog's nails. When we picked the dog up, the technician said that "she did great." Upon pulling up in the driveway at the house, we noticed the back seat of the car was covered in blood. It turns out the idiots had cut past not one but three of the quicks!! I would think that after messing one up, maybe the technician would exercise a bit more caution on the remaining nails. Not the case! Because the clinic failed at such a mundane task, I highly question the competency of this place. I mean, we're not landing the shuttle here. I would certainly hesitate to have anything else done to my dog requiring more skill than nail trimming. I believe that their high-volume business model of running as many dogs in and out of there as they can, severely diminishes patient care and their ability to do quality work. To be fair to the clinic, after much complaining, we were finally given a refund.

It's very difficult to find reputable avian vets in the Houston area, I drive down from Spring for these guys! Fair prices, nice facility, great staff.

We've been going to Kingsland Animal Clinic for the last two years. We have two cats and two dogs and have nothing but good things to say about the staff and doctor's. I really like Dr. Helsel!! We found them by accident when my sister-n-laws dog unfortunately had to be put down. We all stopped by to say out goodbye's and the staff completely impressed me. Love that they take Care Credit also...that surely doesn't hurt.

We ALL love Kingsland! Happy caring staff, understanding vets too! I have seen other facilities where the animals are scared and afraid to go. OUR dogs know as soon as we pull up and they get all excited and pull US to the door! Clean facility and very thorough. I would highly recommend this clinic to all of your furry friends!
