Old Town has cared for our two Australian Shepherds for the past three years. The prices are reasonable, and the care is outstanding. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating; exceptionally courteous. Their advice has always been helpful. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Walker is excellent with Finn! We are making visits to the vet pretty regular with him because of his allergies and his tendencies to get into things and the whole staff at Old Town is so great! Vicki is always so great and patient on the phone along with the rest of the girls at the office. They also neutered Finn and were so kind and patient with me and all my questions. I could go on and on with how happy I am with the service I get here!

When I moved from Katy to the country several years ago, I was unable to take my 10-year-old toy poodle, Pepe, with me. I had no place to keep him at the new place because of a conflict with another dog and I was really afraid he would get hurt. Dr. Hicks had been Pepe's veterinarian for many years. He saw me agonizing over what to do with Pepe. Dr. Hicks and his wife graciously took in my dogs as one of their own. They kept him at the clinic during the day and took him home with them at night and on weekends. Pepe became the clinic mascot. I could tell that the staff at Old Town Animal Hospital really loved him by the way they played with him. He got lots of love and attention from the staff and customers. Staff members even took turns on weekends taking him home with them. I couldn't have asked for better treatment of my dog.

This has been our family vet for years. We have always been treated great by these guys and I can tell you for a fact that they are the lowest cost vet clinic in the area, BY FAR. I hear stories from my friends about their vet bills and I am in shock at the prices and recommend them take their pets to Old Town Animal Hospital. I don t think it is necessarily that the prices are so much less than those other places, but the fact that they don t force you get a bunch of unnecessary procedures that jack up the bill. The only downside to this clinic is there can sometimes there can be a long wait, especially on Wednesdays, which is their discount day. I personally just try to schedule my appointment on a day other than Wednesday to avoid the crowd, since the prices are already better than most other places. All in all, I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with pets in the Katy area.

Although J.C. is gone I know he knew how much he was loved. Thank you so much for letting me hold him in his last minutes, and hold him as he left this world to be in a much better place.
