From the first minute we walked in with our new Christmas puppy, I knew I was going to be happy with my choice to come this Vet. Starting with the front desk, the assistant, and ending with Dr. Cruz, everyone was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. This will be our new veterinarian for life!

I feel confident that my dog will get the best of care whenever she is there. The staff is friendly; they do follow up phone calls for each visit. I don't feel like I'm being hustled into services that are not needed (I got that at another clinic!). I know my dog is safe with Dr. Cruz.

For over five years I've taken my pets to be seen by Dr. Cruz and staff. The Dr. is focused and patient. She makes you feel as though your pet is the only pet she is taking care of that day and doesn't make you feel rushed. She always has good suggestions and tips. Staff is very friendly and professional. They have always treated my puppy with love and care. I liked that they always give you a call a day after your appointment to follow up on your pet's health. I would recommend them to everyone.

TREATED LIKE FAMILY!!! Not only do all the workers smile non-stop, they know your name as soon as you walk in. Dr. Norma Cruz is phenomenal. Her love for animals is second to no one and it shows in her care for our Elie. We have brought our lab Elie there since the day we got her. Nervous about how to raise a pup, the staff has been so kind and personal with every visit and really made us feel comfortable. No question is stupid or silly, raising a dog can be fun but confusing, and Dr. Cruz and her staff could not have been and continue to be more helpful than any place I have taken my business to! Congrats for having a great business and showing love from top to bottom!!! (pun intended)
