Since people are being scumbaggy about this place I feel I have to even out the score a bit. I've gone to Kelliwood with my pets for well over 8 years now. They've seen some of my dogs pass alongside me, my cat born and pass away, and a number of foster dogs come through here throughout the years. It still breaks my heart to remember having to come in every day to get my dog Shadow's medication. The very fact that my dog was dying and they've ALWAYS been there for my family and I. The front staff is incredibly kind and the doctors personally kept in contact with me despite how very busy he always is. Not to mention the vet staff has always been easy to talk to and ask for honest upfront questions. If you want a vet that's going to take care of your pets to the best of their abilities, I have yet to find a single one more caring and willing to help you than them.

My mother in law just lost her dog that had its rabies tag on from this clinic. The lady that found the dog took it to the clinic to try to find the owner. The clinic looked at the tag, didn't even bother to look up the tracking info from it and told the lady she would just have to post signs around her neighborhood saying she found the dog. They didn't even bother to get the lady's name or contact info! So when my mother in law called the clinic, they just said "oh yeah, a lady found it but we don't know who it is or how to reach her - sorry!" Needless to say, we are very unhappy with this clinic and would never recommend anyone take an animal they cared about here!

This place was HORRIBLE at handling our cat! I NEVER went back nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone for any pet.
