There are no words to describe the amazing doctors and staff at this animal hospital. They are compassionate, helpful, kind and caring towards your pet as well as towards you, the pet parent. They practice medicine the way we would all want to be treated ourselves, except theirs is for the animals we love who cannot tell us how they feel.They answer any and all questions, no matter how many times you call, and have so much patience. This is a clinic from long ago when people cared and weren't in it for the money but doing what they do for the love of animals. There is no clinic that can can compare as far as I am concerned below is 10 days later Update on this post. Once again the caring staff and doctors at Creekside have been here for us. We took Buddy in and his ear infection had traveled to the Pinna where he had had a large hematoma. They treated him, sent home new medicines and have since called to check on his progress. I cannot say enough about the level of caring that is shown.

The doctors here are fantastic! I have had nothing but positive experiences at Creekside Pet Care and would highly recommend them to any pet owner.

We have been bringing our golden retreivers to Creekside for the past 7 years and have had great service and care. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The doctors are great with our three, Molly, Ginger and Dutch. We had to bring our oldest Dutch to them for his "last visit" and everyone was very considerate and compassionate with him and us and we appreciate how they allowed us time and support as we said our last goodbye. It was clear the right decision was being made and they were helpful as they confirmed we were making a humane decision.

We've taken our german shepherd to Creekside for her veterinary visits, spaying, boarding, doggie-daycare, and grooming, and we love it. The employees know us and our dog and always take great care of her. We drive 20-25 mins to get there, but it's worth the trip. I especially like knowing that when our dog is boarded, she is right there at the clinic if she gets hurt!

We used Creekside Pet Care Center to board our young black labrador retriever, Lily, during Labor Day weekend so that my family could visit my dad up in Oklahoma. Upon arrival to the facility, I was impressed by the prompt service by the staff up front, and even moreso by the people running the Pet Lodge. I could also tell Lily loved it the day I came to pick her up. The entire experience left such an indelible mark that when it came time to board Lily, again, we decided to look first at Creekside. Unfortunately, I waited a little too long to make our reservation and was advised by the staff that there weren't any spots available. This is where Creekside went above and beyond. Instead of allowing me to book a reservation at another place (and spend far much more money that I needed to), Lindsay informed me she would put me on the waiting list in case they received another cancellation. And as luck would have it, she called back about half an hour later to inform us that a spot had opened up. I'll be dropping Lily off later in the morning. And I'll be doing so with peace of mind knowing that Lily will be well taken care of by the staff at Creekside.
