Dr. Gray operated on our cat, saving his life. He was very caring and understanding in our situation. He is the best vet in the area for sure

18 years of experience with Dr.Gray and his team! I have never taken my pets to any other veterinarian nor do I intend to. Dr. Gray is passionate about his work and the animals and he genuinely cares about the humans too. He would never do "unnecessary" work for your pet. He will do what he would do for his. If you want honesty, caring, and experience then he is your guy. Randall, and Tasia have been there for a long time, I trust them as well as the rest of the team. Love this group!

I've been to several vets in D/FW over the past 8 years and can FINALLY say that I have found "the one". As soon as you walk in the door, it's apparent that the entire Timber Valley staff are truly passionate about animals and the roles they play in that office (the ladies at the front desk are just amazing). Words can't even describe how surprised my husband and I were with Dr. Gray. He's thorough, genuine and very reasonable. Most of all, you can tell he truly cares about the livelihood of the animals that come through his office before, during and AFTER their visit. The value added by the knowledge we've gained from Dr. Gray on how to better take care of our dachshund, Maverick, is priceless. Speaking of prices, this vet is very reasonable as well compared to other vet hospitals I've been to. 5 of 5 stars no doubt!

The most compassionate and professional care. We have been going to Dr. Gray for years and are constantly amazed and impressed by the professionalism, and compassion of Dr. Gray, Dr. Davaloz and the entire staff. We have also noted that most of the staff members have been with Dr. Gray a long time which also makes a statement about the quality of care given to animals and owners. All of the staff are friendly and courteous and have a genuine love for animals. Dr. Gray saved the life of our Boston by recognizing and aggressively treating a serious liver disorder. Both Doctors have helped us say goodbye to our fifteen year old Boston’s. They have more than compassion; they are very empathetic and are dedicated to providing the best and healthiest life possible to all animals in their care. We would never consider any other vets.

We just took our kitten to Timber Valley for the first time. The vet and staff are wonderful and were genuinely interested in our pet. They all spent a lot of time with her and with us to make sure that we had all the information we needed. We had to wait a little while before our appointment, but I think that is just because they want to spend time to care for each patient. I definitely trust them to take care of my cat and will recommend them to everyone I know!
