Everyone there is super nice and they are great about working within your budget. My dog had a UTI and they were able to diagnose her without any expensive testing and got her well in a flash! They were really gentle with my little dog after she got her ear torn by another dog, they only charged me an office visit fee to trim the hair around her wound and clean it out and gave me antibiotics for her. The office is really far from my home but well worth the drive.

These guys are great I wont take my dog anywhere else! The staff is exceptional and very friendly. They might not remember me but they always remember my dog Kyro. Whenever we have visited they have answered all my questions and given me lots of info and advice. All two veterinarians I've met are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things fully. Plus the attention is always entirely on you and your pet, I have never had to wait for even a minute. Even for big stuff like when Kyro broke his foot and needed it set we were in and out in no time and I felt completely confident that I knew how to properly care for him. Not to mention they were willing to work with me on some of the payment issues. They even call to remind me of appointments and if I cant make one on time that's fine we can just walk in whenever! Seriously you cant go wrong with this clinic its the best in Lubbock.

I have two dogs and a cat that needed some annual shots without clearing out my bank account. Exam, rabies shot, and DA2PP for $50/dog. $55 for the cat. That's a low price, if you call around to other vets. I declined heartworm test, fecal testing, and bordetella without any pressure or haggling with them. I was able to make next day appointments. When I brought in my cat, I was in and out in about 20 min. Great service without pressure to buy extra products or services! I'm a very happy customer.

Just moved to this side of town, these guys are great. Very courteous and give you all the information you need. They've scheduled free follow up appointments to ensure the issue was resolved. A++
