I have had the best experience at the RGV Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic. I have taken all my pets there to be spay and neutered. All the employees there have always treated me very well and have explained pick up and drop off times for my pets, even with the high volume of clients I have always been able to get my appointments and services completed in a timely manner. When I call, if I don't get an answer I LEAVE A MESSAGE, AND I HAVE BEEN CALLED BACK, I HAVE MISSED THERE CALL BEFORE AND THEY HAVE LEFT ME A VOICEMAIL. We should be grateful to have such a wonderful service like this in the valley.

They do offer good services at a very resonable price but over all my experience there was terrible! And what made it so terrible was how sucky thier costumer service was! Called a million 1/2 times during business business hours and no answer! And did not recieve any call back even after I left 3 messages concerning my pet. Of course the next day I recieved my pet in good and alive condition but still that not answering bullshit seemed shady. I seriously thought I was going to find out that my dog was going to be missing a kidney or other organs that could be sold on the black market! And to top it all off when I spoke to the manager about this issue all she had to say was oh yeah we never answer. Like what the hell! Thier excuse is that they service supposedly soooo many people (qoute "400 people") daily that they dont have time to answer the phone. Seriously? I would think that if somebody ran a business that was sooo busy and popular that they would have figured out an organized system to answer almost every call! Idiots I swear. Never again will I trust them with any of my pets! Id rather pay the hundreds of dollars to recieve a good, reliable, and courteous costumer service! Like do these people not understand how crazy dog parents can be!!!!

They do provided a good product, which is their spay/neutering services, but their customer service is less than acceptable. I had callled over 50 times during business hours, before lunch and before 4pm and NEVER got an answer. All I wanted is to confirm the time that I was supposed to take my cat in. Will bring this up when I visit later today.
