We have been taking our cats to Meadow Brook for 4 years and have been very pleased with the quality of their care. We have had a few serious situations with our cats and the staff has been very supportive and caring. I especially appreciate their follow up calls and that they always remember our cats.

We've been taking our Beagle pup here since he was about 6 weeks old (he's almost 8 years old now). Never an issue with any service/procedures or the docs. Prices have been competitive with others in the area. One thing I love is being able to call them anytime of day/night and somebody will call back very quickly in case of an emergency to walk you through it. Great place and people!

Dr Chastain and the staff have always provided our animals with the best care at a reasonable price. It's quite refreshing to find such a combination and not have to pay for an animal clinic's fancy building and equipment that I care nothing about. If you haven't been here yet, you need to. If you've left them, you need your head examined. Hey, I bet they have an x-ray machine!

I am very disappointed in my most recent experience with Chastain Medical Group (Meadowbrook). We took our dog Faye to see a doctor and were treated great when we first got there but once we were taken to the room we were left for 30 minutes unattended without seeing anyone!! 30 minutes. This is ridiculous and longer than I waited for both of my own doctor's appointments today combined! We kindly said we were leaving and nobody seemed to care at all. The only reason we switched to them originally was because they are close to home, but that doesn't matter anymore. I'm never one to complain or even write reviews as this is my first one ever... But I am truly disappointed in how everything was handled especially when we were leaving. I will likely switch vet clinics now thanks to this less than satisfactory experience.

Chastain Veterinary Medical Group has the most attentive, knowledegable, and caring staff. I cannot imagine taking my sweet boy anywhere else! I'm so lucky to have found this clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Sue and her amazing staff!
