Drs Kim and Steve have been taking care of my dog, Bandit for 12 years. He is now 15 years old. He is still as healthy and active as he was at 2.....just a little grey now. So, that alone is a testimony of their excellent care. I have called after hours at times when there was a snake bite and when Bandit sprained his leg. They are the best, loving and caring. They take the time to explain the exams, meds and whatever the pet's needs are. Their staff is friendly and helpful and they keep up with the state of the art equipment. The staff at Vet Hosp of New Waverly are some of the most caring people I've ever had to deal with. They always make sure I understand everything that is going on with my pets. I may have to pay a bit more than with other vets, but bedside manner is as important to me as knowledge and they have both. I always feel that they care almost as much for my babies and their welfare as I do.

We use Vet Hosp of New Waverly for all our furry animals. Drs Kim and Steve Van Wagner are absolutely the best! The staff at VHNW is knowledgeable, friendly and the animals get excellent care. Dr. Steve does all our equine repro work (we breed German Warmbloods, primarily Hanoverian) and is very talented with both frozen and fresh cooled shipments. Our dogs and cats are taken care of by the small animal portion of the hospital ... always super care. They DO treat our animals as they would their own ... it's like an extended family. Can't give them a high enough recommendation!

Have always had excellent service from VHNW. I have reviewed some of the other comments and wonder if they have called around for some prices. I have inquired into three other Vets in the Willis area and one in Conroe and found their prices to be right in line with all those I called, a little less then some and $5. or less dollars more on a comprehensive exam, rabies and other shots. Dr. Kim and her staff have always made me feel like I was their most important customer. A very rare skill that they have perfected. All my eight dogs are healthy and happy thanks to all the great care they get from our friends at VHNW. Thanks Ladies!
