I brought in my Corgi on a Sunday afternoon after I noticed she had some severe swelling after we had found a copperhead snake in our backyard. She was shaky and in A LOT of pain so we rushed her over. Ariana at the front desk was very friendly and immediately took my Corgi to the back to get checked out. We were asked a couple of questions about her history and then waited about half an hour to see the vet. We saw Dr. Andersen and she was great. She gave us a detailed report of our corgis condition and our treatment plan options. She recommended keeping her overnight for observation and was conservative about using antivenin based on my dogs condition, which I really appreciate. She answered all of my questions (and I asked a lot of them) and had an overall friendly and calm demeanor, which really helped put me at ease. We decided to leave my corgi for observation. After a few calls over the course of the day, my corgis condition was stable enough for me to bring her home early. Although the final cost of the treatment was high, they gave me an itemized quote and reduced the final price from the initial quote, which had her staying over night. They also provided me with a detailed report of everything that was done to her during her stay. Overall, great experience.

These people are bullies. The staff is trained to get your money. Terrible service and a complete lack of empathy for the animal. If you love your pet, do not take it to this place. Find another emergency clinic, even if it means traveling.

This was a horrible experience. They do not care about your pet, only what money they can get out of you. They were rude and all over the place with their diagnosis. They take advantage of your emotions. If you can avoid going here, please do.

They basically murdered my cat... admitted they didn't have the right medication..... never got a diagnosis....and charged my credited card 850.00. This middleeastern vet only cares about leading you on and finding out how much money you can dish out!

This place is horrible. Do not take your pet here they, they will rob you blind. Our pet was playing with the other two dogs that we have and hit the window. The glass shattered and there was a nasty cut on his leg. We rushed him here and after seeing that he was a pit bull the receptionist had to go to the back for a few minutes. When she came back she had me bring him straight in and put him in a kennel and walked me out. After about 15 minutes we were brought into a room and told to sit and someone would be with us in a few minutes. 30 minutes later a very inexperienced vet tech (I'm your vet tech tonight, I guess" is what he called himself) came in and mumbled a few things to get our dog's history. He left and said the Vet would be in to see us and we waited another 45 minutes before he showed up. When he came in he told us the cut was a minor skin laceration with no muscle damage, but it would need to be stitched up and he would get us a quote. The whole time that this is going on we are listening to our dog whimper in pain and they are laughing and telling jokes in the back. The technician come in and gives us a quote of over $1000 to stitch up our pet. I politely refused and asked the return of my pet with a bandage and some antibiotics so that I could deal with it in the morning. This place doesnt care about your pets, they care about money and if you have what is considered by most people to be an aggressive breed you are given an astronomical bill. By the way I have two other dogs that have both been here (the two that my pit bull was playing with) and was never treated this way. I will never return to this place and I suggest that you don't either.
