Don't waste your time going here. They tell you one price over phone and when you get there they will add additional charges and you end up paying 3 times what they quoted. Also they will not tell you to bring in the shot records and then try to charge you for a whole new round of shots.

Remember that you get what you pay for! If you care about your pets this is the place to take them because the staff really do care as well. I loathe taking my pet anywhere else.

If you have small pets likes rats and rabbits, do not take them to this vet. I have a small rabbit who needs his teeth trimmed regularly. When taken to this vet, they mentioned they may have to put him under to trim his teeth. This is not only untrue, as he is a friendly rabbit who never complains or struggles for trimming, but anesthetizing can be harmful and/or potentially fatal for rabbits. I expressed I did not want that done, I got an okay. I came back a couple hours later when they'd finally got a chance to trim his teeth, only to find that they had DONE IT ANYWAY. They gave me my rabbit laying on his side in his carrier nearly stiff as a board, still under the effects of the anesthetic; I honestly thought he was dead at first. And charged me for something I told them NOT to do! If you're looking for a small animal vet, look elsewhere.

Me and my family have been using this vet for years now, and haven't ever had a single problem. I've even had to take my animals here so they could straighten out problems caused by other Arlington vets. This office's vet stays current within his field, a seeming rarity for this area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I've never been disappointed, misled, or overcharged. Truly shocked that anyone could have a bad experience with such a professional office.

Have known this vet for about thirty years and he has pulled my pets and livestock out more times than I can count. People who think they can diagnose by themselves and then direct the vet to just do what they want need a reality check! I've had cats, dogs, horses, and goats with this vet any ANY vet can tell you that you win some, you lose some, and some get rained out - but this vet is smart and thinks outside the box. I TRUST this vet.
