Dr. Neans and his team are amazing! He has seen both of my dogs since they were puppies and I would highly recommend not only him, but CTAH as a whole. My pups absolutely love coming in to see him! The clinical and administrative team always treat us like we're family and are prompt, professional and more than helpful.

We've taken three cats there now, and they've provided such wonderful service to us. They were extremely compassionate when my older cat was sick and when he passed, and always take their time to answer any questions and make sure I know what tests/shots are needed when. We love CTAH!

I moved the long trip from North Austin to the City of Pflugerville very late in 1996. I have used The Central Texas Animal Hospital since early 1997. The first dog was a Beagle. The next three have all been King Charles II Cavalier Spaniels. The staff, assistants, grooming, doctors, nurses, supplies, kennels and all things I've forgotten have never let me down. My youngest Cavalier is so excited when we arrive, it is hard to contain him. Tail wagging. He loves the people and other dogs. My oldest Cavalier is more timid, but has never had a bad time. I am a first time dog owner so you could imagine how I went into a blubbering mess when I awoke and found that my dog could not stand up on his back legs. When I arrived in a frantic state the staff kept calm and were very comforting. My dog, Christmas, was in the wonderful hands of Dr. Banks. I've never personally met her but her phone call alone made me feel like we had been friends for years! She was very descriptive on her plan of action and assured me that everything was going to be alright. She even called to follow up! What a great place. Thank you ladies :)

Wouldn't trust our dog's care anywhere else, and we have ALOT of dogs. We take all of our working and police dogs to CTAH for their initial and follow-up care before they are placed with Departments. We have a new GSD puppy being flown in today, so will be scheduling an appointment for that one soon. We have been clients since around 2000 and it's always nice seeing the same faces working there for that many years. Must be THE place to work...
