i absolutely loved it. they made me and my pet mei mei feel right at home. they showed enthusiasm and compassion for me and my pet. they were very informative on the services as well as providing me with some tips for my future in becoming a vet technician. i highly recommend customers to come to this hospital!!! -lakeshia futch

Went here to have my dog put down. She was very sick and had been bleeding a lot. It was a very sad moment for me and when I got there was greeted by Charles Kennedy, who seemed disgusted by my dog. He didn't even want to touch her I had to do everything, you call that "five years of experience" . Once the Vet came in he was very cold and couldn't even find the vein to inject my dog with euthanasia. Once it was all over he had his unlicenced staff come put my dog in a bag, but they couldn't even do that for me I had to put her in the bag myself. There was only one licenced staff member who was compationate enough to come help and comfort me for my difficult time. Other then that it was a horrible expirence, and I was over-charged for a "thorough exam" that Kennedy claimed to have done when really all he did was shine a flashlight at my dog's eyes, and take her weight. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone, and agree with other reviews. This vet clearly is only in this for the money.

Wow. Just wow. My 13 year old Siamese was found to have Ketoacidosis and I thought I was going to be burdened with Insulin Syringes. Dr Gudipally and his staff took such great care of him. I need to keep an eye on him, change his diet and go back in a month. They took such good care of him and me on such short notice. They're alright in my book.

Recently I had to dispute unauthorized charges for veterinarian treatment for my dog. Dr. Gudipally was not there. Unlicensed staff informed me of the treatment they would be doing for the symptoms I had described. They didn't do it but they did perform a number of other procedures without telling me—even though they had been in contact with me by phone! Imagine taking a car in for an oil change, then learning they had performed a brake job, a radiator flush, and a few other procedures for which they’re charging you almost four times the estimate for the oil change— and they didn’t even do the oil change! Dr. Gudipally finally called me more than a month later and offered to settle my complaint for half the invoice amount and mail me a check the next business day. I accepted the offer—which turned out to be bogus. He never mailed the check. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners for the practice of veterinary medicine by unlicensed staff.

My first time there was fine, in and out. But as for my second appointment it was a total other story. I arrived on time for my appointment. As soon as I walk in I felt like unwanted. The receptionist asked me with an attitude what I needed. He totally forgot who I was when I was on time, and was there a week before. Anyway, I finally get to the procedure room. I met with an assistant who said the Vetenarian would be with me in 5 minutes. 20 minutes go by, in which I see 2 other clients who arrived after me, get taken care of. At this point I took my dog and left.
