WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Arbor Hills just won a new customer. I had my first visit today and I received compassionate, educational, efficient and thorough care. My pup had an injury and the staff was able to get us in right away. Staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their job which was reflected in their positive attitudes. Dr. Pruitt greeted me with a smile, took her time and listened. Thank you for such great care.

I HIGHLY recommend Arbor Hills Pet Care. When I lived in Plano I took both of my dogs, Oakley & Ollie, to see them. All of the vets and pet care team there are absolutely fantastic. They take GREAT care of your furry kids. Ollie even had leg surgery there and they were fantastic. I have nothing but great things to say about them. They are not the cheapest vet in the area but they are definitely worth it. They will take great care of you and your pets.

Great people. Never felt like I didn't know what was going on. They explained everything to me. Took great care of our dog. The fact that they do laser surgery and it is easier on your pet should be a reason to pick them.

Not the cheapest place around, it's true, but I've never had a vet more attentive to both his patients and to me. Both Dr. Murphy and his staff (I don't believe I've ever seen any of the other doctors, so I can't comment) have been absolutely great. They've treated everything from a stomach blockage that required surgery (pro tip for cats: eating coins and ponytail holders works badly), to feline diabetes and renal failure, to quarantining a feral cat who needed a less stressful environment than the city pound, and been nothing short of outstanding with all of them.

prices very expensive for ofc visit, blood work, xrays compared to other vets in the area!!! if $$$ is not an issue then this is the place for u.
