Heartworm treatments are costly at almost any clinic who is treating the dog properly. bloodwork and radiographs are necessary if you want to treat your dog properly AND SAFELY. Obviously, you do not care about the dog enough to keep the dog on heartworm prevention and do not care if your dog lives through it. Heartworm treatment is risky.
