I have taken both of my dogs to Barks and Buddies for years for both daycare and boarding. The owner is wonderful and responsive. He is a true dog person. He is caring and always wants to make sure you are comfortable leaving your dogs. Both of my dogs are treated like family and spoiled while they are there. I have never had a bad experience in all of the times I have taken my dogs. The owner is all about customer service and any review to the contrary is not an accurate reflection of the wonderful place Barks and Buddies really is!

Unprofessional. Uncaring. Unapologetic. They offered a grooming appointment at 9:30am Sunday and promised to call when done. No call by 3:00pm. Wife called several times, leaving messages. No answer. No returned call. Went to the shop at 4:00pm. The door was locked. No one there, although several dogs were boarded there. Finally got them to answer the phone at 5:15pm. The manager explains the hours are clearly posted: 5-7pm on Sundays. Then why did you give a 9:30am appointment then leave the dog unattended all day? The manager unapologetically replied, "This is my business I will run it however I want." I was not charged for the grooming. The quality of the grooming was average.

My dog really seemed to like it here. It's nothing fancy, but its clean. It doesn't smell like a kennel when you walk in. The only question I had after my first experience was how come they didn't give me dog the treats I left her. But the attendant said they give them their treats and don't want to over load them. Makes sense!

I boarded my dogs here once for several days. The staff was pleasant, but when I picked up my dogs they had lots of grass burrs in their fur and all in the bedding I had left for them. I spent a lot of money for them to be poorly taken care of.
