Wonderful Veterinarians and supportive staff. Through good times and bad times with my pet’s health, the staff at Custer McDermott Animal Hospital are terrific. I recommend them highly! Very knowledgeable and trustworthy doctors.

First time at Custer McDermott for us and my elder furry child, Shadow. She had a tumor which was growing rapidly underneath her palate and so we had to bring her in for consultation. Dr. Ruth, the dentist on staff, examined her and recommended surgery, which Shadow had the same day. She was able to come home the same day and by the next morning, she was her old self again. Dr. Ruth and the staff were very kind, knowledgeable and friendly. They made us and Shadow feel welcomed and comfortable through the whole process. The surgery went well and Dr. Ruth called the next day just to check up on her. Thanks to all of you for making us feel at home and at ease. I will definitely come back again if needed and recommend you as well.

Front desk Sonya and Vicki always caring, loving and responsive to the needs of the animals and their families. Dr. Cinclair and Pilkington and Office manager Jimmy will do anything to help your animals heal and be comfortable. This office is sensitive to the fact that this is a family member that they are caring for and understand that you may have high anxieties and emotions about treatments and the illnesses you are dealing with. We have been at the office for 13 years and have had 3 dogs and 9 cats treated there. Can be a little expensive but worth it for the care you receive.

Dr. Cinclair and his staff are consistently helpful, professional and focused on customer/patient service. I have been a pet owner since childhood and as an adult have 30+ years of history interacting with a variety of veterinarians both personally and professionally as a former police K9 handler and trainer. Our experiences with Dr. Cinclair and the entire staff at CMAH has been become the bar that I would measure others by whenever veterinary care is needed. They are consultative in their approach and provide reasonable options whenever possible. For these reasons and more, I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in search of the services CMAH provides.

I have been taking my cats to Custer McDermott Animal Hospital since about 2005. I have know Dr. Dave Pilkington since before he finished vet school (in the 1990s). As soon as he graduated, myself and several friends began taking our pets to see him. When he joined the other Dr. Dave at Custer McDermott Animal, we were all thrilled because it was our 'neighborhood' vet clinic. I have never felt more comfortable with any other vets as I do the doctors here. You can just tell that they all love what they do and love animals. I don't think twice about telling all my friends and/or acquaintances about this fabulous animal hospital. I always try to see Dr. Dave Pilkington but if I can't get an appointment with him, I will see any of the doctors. They are all wonderful and caring people. The staff is awesome too. From the ladies that work the front desk to the vet techs that help out. Everyone is always professional and so gentle with my 'babies'.
