Great experience! My first thought when we walked in was, "this place smells clean." It did not smell like bleach. It smelled clean. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist and engaged by one of the friendly vet assistants. She made quick friends with our puppy and had little trouble getting him through a few quick procedures. Dr. Benjamin was very personable and handled our pup gently through the exam and vaccinations. Everything was explained to me clearly, and the checkout process was equally smooth. We are happy to be new clients!

On Saturday, August 2, I called them to see if I could bring my puppy in, who I suspected had Kennel Cough. They informed me that they close at 1. I walked into the clinic at 1pm. They told me to watch her and bring her back on Monday at 7:30 am. I took my puppy to another Vet who saw her on Saturday and diagnosed her as having Kennel Cough. They said if I had waited until Monday, she'd probably have progressed into pneumonia. This people at this place care more about going home on a Saturday than actually caring for their patients. I had a contract with them since I purchased the dog from a place that contracts their care out to Ohio Drive Animal Hospital. Needless to say, I will never bring my dog there, nor would I recommend them. Beware, if they say they're closing at 1, they're closing at 1.

Dr. Benjamin and his staff go out of their way to ensure that my puppy is taken care of. I would not trust anyone else to care for my pup!

They treated our puppy pretty well, but they won't write prescriptions for you to get your pets medicine elsewhere -- they required us to buy any required medicine directly from them. I realize there is no law in Texas requiring vets to write prescriptions, however I'm not a big fan of driving 45 minutes to the office to pick up a prescription, when I can buy it online and have it delivered to my door without the hefty premium that they tack onto the cost. Luckily there's plenty of great vets in town.

Dr. Benjamin and his staff are awesome! They have been taking care of my two dogs for the last two and a half years since I first got them as puppies. He's always taken time to ask how they are doing, how our family is doing, and do we have any questions. We recently had one of our dog's tear her ACL (a game of fetch gone wrong). She needed surgery. He confirmed the emergency vet's diagnosis and gave us two options utilizing specialists for the surgery. He helped us get her fixed with our finances in mind. She was a tough patient to get healed and he has stood by us every step of the way. These folks LOVE animals, are passionate about their jobs and the care they give. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor to care and heal the members of their families they love!
