Okay, First of all, I will say that this clinic is usually really BUSY!! However, if you spend the few minutes to go and take your loved one for a check up or shots or diagnosis, you will quickly see, as I did, the reason for the busy-ness. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, the doctors are friendly and open. It seems that a kind of "bubbly good natured" care and love atmosphere is what the order of every day seems to be. I was immediately welcomed, asked to fill out the paperwork (30 seconds worth) and asked to have a seat. Despite the background of busy busy busy, I was in an exam/consult room in less than 15 mins! People, THESE FOLKS HAVE IT DOWN!!!!! I could take up another three pages and describe my visit in detail, but instead, I would like to invite you to go there and SEE the difference that makes this place so very unique. I am a customer for life and the lives of my animals. I wish hospitals were as efficient and ordered as this place. Try them, you will be glad you did.

I have been going to Dr. Blonien the owner of the clinic for over 16 years since he was the only vet there. He has taken care of a total of 2 dogs and 6 cats during that time. All of my friends now go there because of him. I can't vouch for the other vets but this man is one of the best in his field!!

I took my 16 year old dog to this vet because the doctor had seen me at a critical care facilty and he was so kind. At his direction, I stopped getting the vaccination that allows you to board your animal in any facility with the understanding that I would be able to board her here. Just finished a phone call trying to board my now 17 year old dog for a week in August. Was told by the very curt and cold person on the phone that if my dog is not critical, they will not board her because they are "expanding." Obviously money more important than my pet. Told by her that I should get a house sitter. I am not sure it is her call about whether I should have a stranger in my house. Very unhappy and now at loss with what to do for my dog. I would no longer recommend this clinic to anyone. Treatment on the phone was very disrespectful and unkind. Makes me wonder how they treated my pet.......

Yes, this office was busy when i called and when we arrived. I now understand why. We are new to the area and hadn't chosen a vet yet. Our dog became ill suddenly and had to be put to sleep. The entire staff was very friendly and understanding and made this very difficult situation a little easier to handle. Dr. Singh was very soft spoken and explained everything, answering all of our questions. They let us leave through the back door and even sent a sympathy card signed by the entire staff. This office is awesome!!!

Dr. Thedford was amazing with my cat Elvis! She took great care of him while she could, and kept me informed with what was going on with him. Unfortunately, I had to put my sweet Elvis to sleep and she was very comforting and made me feel better about the whole situation. I would recommend anybody to see her, and will bring my dog and future cat to her in the future. Thank you Dr. Thedford for everything that you did!
