I have found Aikido practice clears the mind, energizes and provides a fun, non-competitive martial art to practice. The instructors at Plano Aikido Center are very talented and patient, and provide just the type of martial arts dojo environment I was looking for. Aikido is now part of my weekly routine!

The Plano Aikido Center dojo is a great place to learn the Aikido martial art. The instructor, Sidney Shiba Sensei, has almost three decades of Aikido study and is both very knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is wonderful and the other students are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. Classes are varied and include a nice mix of men, women, and children. Overall, it is one of the finest dojos that I have ever attended.

I have studied many martial arts -- but as I get older, I enjoy Aikido for the relaxation and ease on the body!
