Dr. Greenwell and the staff have most courteous and helpful in the care of our pets since 1992. Their timely email notice of upcoming appointments and shots helps us keep healthy pets. I prefer to visit the same clinic year after year as the medical history is important for any treatment programs. I would recommend Dr. Greenwell's service to anyone new to the area and wanting the best care for their pets.

We had to stop taking our dogs here, the costs seemed to continually rise for routine visits and just became WAY too much. We switched to another vet and the costs were significantly less for the same level of care. I wish I would have done it sooner as I look back and feel like I was gouged and taken advantage of As a side note, the vet techs were nice, but...vet techs seem to be nice at most clinics I've been, especially the new one.

After being a customer for 3 years + this office tried to "charge" me for the script for the meds the vet was prescribing for my dog. This was after I paid $420 for and annual exam, blood work scheduled vaccines and hip and back and knee xrays. The office would only give a me script for 2 weeks of Rimadly (for arthritis) and wanted to charge me $20 for the script and $20 for the script for Revolution. Absolutely felt like every chance they got they were trying to get more money out of me. I received a call asking if the Vet could send my dogs xrays to a radiologist???? He can't read his own xrays???? If you want to feel like you are dealing with a "used car salesman" then try this place. Obviously we will no longer be taking out dog to this vet for care.

Absolutely horrible experience. Not only will your animal get fleas and ticks from boarding here, the staff is rude and incompetent.

The vet and staff were very nice and the facility is very clean and organized. But, they are on the expensive end of vet care.
