The entire team at Veterinary Eye Institute is absolutely amazing! Winston, my Shih Tzu, had a perforated ulcer on his left eye a couple months ago and ultimately needed to have it removed. Dr. Pierson and Dr. Warren took the extra time to go over all the details and options with me on why it was the right thing to do. They truly made a very sad situation a whole lot better. Winston is back to 110% now and you would never be able to tell he only had one eye. My other dog Pooh Bear, is a Sharpei-Lab mix that previously had to have surgery for entropion in both eyes as a puppy. After dealing with the horrible eye injury with Winston, I decided to take Pooh Bear in just as a precaution. He wasn't having any eye issues at the moment, however I wanted to have him checked out anyway just to be 100% sure everything was fine. Dr. Warren checked him out and said he looked perfect and his eyes were very healthy. Dr. Warren and the entire team at the Veterinary Eye Institute genuinely care for both the pets and the owners alike. He knew we had gone through a tough ordeal with Winston a couple months prior, and were just wanting to make sure everything was good with our other dog. As we were about to leave, he said that he wouldn't be charging us for this checkup and also hoped we have a merry christmas. He really didn't have to do that, as I truly value his time and overall care for my dogs. That gesture really meant a great deal to me and I will only refer my friends and family to take their beloved pets to the team at Veterinary Eye Institute. Keep up the amazing work! Dr. Warren is awesome and restored our pug's eyesight not just once but twice. She recently had cataract surgery and she can see again at the age of 12. The results are amazing and we could not be happier. We previously visited Dr. Warren 6 years ago when she was 6 with an eye problem after we were referred to him by a local doctor. Dr. Warren fixed her right up way back then with drops and prescriptions. So naturally we sought him out when we needed him years later. If you have a pet with eye issues, Dr. Warren is an excellent choice even if you have to travel a long way like we do.

I absolutely love this place. I have two four legged children who think they are human, and I simply would not trust their vision to anyone else...but Dr. Warren. He has a sincere passion for taking care of animals, and will take the time to explain all details of selected procedures. My Japanese Chin was placed in his care for eye surgery, and although we are still completing follow up visits... I am very satisfied with the current outcome of my baby's eye after surgery, and the level of professionalism demonstrated by Dr. Warren, and staff.

What an awesome experience and wonderful team of caring people! Dr. John Warren is the most attentive and personable person, and he gives you his undivided attention, asks many questions, and then gives you a thorough explanation of what options you have and what risks there are. This was my first visit, and I brought him a very unusual patient, a small fox squirrel who has developed cataracts. He never hesitated in telling me he wanted to help our little squirrel, but he said the decision is ours to make and whatever we decided he would consider it the right thing to do since we knew our pet better than anyone. I highly recommend him and his team. We will most likely have the surgery done since we really want to improve the quality of life for our little pet. These guys are amazing!

Staff is super friendly! They spend time talking with you and explaining what is going on with your pet. Appointments are easy to get, and prices are reasonable for the type of service.
