Dr. Ross & Dr. PIng are first-rate vets from one of the finest Veterinary Colleges in the country - Texas A&M. They both have many years of experience. My dog had kidney failure when he was only 5 years old. He was dying. They saved him after working tirelessly on him for 5 days. Dr. Ross called me every day to give me an update & spent a lot of time answering my questions, etc. Would a human physician do that? She even contacted a specialist in California to discuss the case. My dog had to stay there to be on IVs, but they let me bring him home at night to boost his morale. They really care about their patients & the family.
