Really liked the vet and the front male receptionist Vet took a lot of time to talk with me about my pet and her health issues which I really appreciated. She didn't try to push me into extra procedures, etc. She was very caring. The front guy was very personable, offered us coffee/water and we felt very welcome. Will definitely come back. The only thing I'd say to improve on was that they are a little pushy about prior animal records, and felt like she almost didn't believe me that I'd call back w/ the name/info. I also got a voicemail from the same woman the night before my pet's morning appointment saying my old vet wouldn't release my records w/o my permission and that if I didn't call within the hour before they closed and get the records this may "delay her appointment." I felt like I'd hope they wouldn't cancel my cat's appointment just because my old vet was giving them trouble. And what if I hadn't gotten the voicemail til later? It can be hard to reschedule, just like it is for a person to get away to the dr for an appointment. But I will definitely be going back and recommend to friends. Thank you guys!

We took Leroy in for a bad ear infection and Dr. Withrow was awesome. She took the time to explain everything and you can really tell she loves what she does. Her staff was also very friendly and accommodating checking to see if we needed anything. The office is very nice and welcoming. We are very happy and fortunate to find our new vet!

WOW! My family just added a family member which is a beautiful puppy, Sadie. We went to the LM Vet Clinic and from the first phone call, visit, and phone call check up that we received...Nothing but First class service...and they actually care! Thank you, Evans Family!
