My friend recommended this clinic because they had been going there for years. I brought my 14 year old collie mix to Dr. Mann for arthritis. Dr. Mann was very informative and straight forward about my dogs situation. We added some new meds. My old girl now acts like a puppy again! She feels great and its all thanks to Dr. Mann. The doctors and staff are great and I will be going back with my other dog.

I am new to the area and I have made two stops at this clinic. The Vet was wonderful with my 13 year old cat. I have two dogs and I needed to renew their flea and heart worm monthly applications, but they have yet to be seen by this vet. The business does have their records (all) from our vet in California, but I was told by the front desk assistant they could not issue the flea and heart worm meds without being seen. No big deal, right? WELL, the assistant did not offer me an appointment, acted as if I was putting her off and this is not the first time. On my first visit I almost walked out prior to seeing the vet as the same front desk assistant came across cold, crass and unprofessional for a business that has person to person contact. The young lady doesn't have interpersonal skills let alone a warm personality. In this line of work, you should have a caring and warm attitude. I would not recommend this facility if it wasn't for the vet herself. I am now ordering my flea and heart worm meds from my past vet which is some loss I expect to this vet. Oh well, some individuals just shouldn't be in the front desk line of work.

I went to bring my 2 kitties to see Dr. Mann. She was so great with both of them and she understands that cats are not happy to be at a vet clinic. Dr. Mann and her technician worked to make the visit as least stressful as possible. They are also very understanding of clients and that not everyone can afford to everything and anything for their pet, even though they want to. I did not feel judged by the staff. I was really happy with my experience and have found a new vet clinic. Best vet clinic in the area hands down! Especially for cat lovers like myself.

My co-workers suggested I check out this clinic since I recently moved from downtown Austin to Round Rock, and I am pleased with my initial visit. The receptionists were welcoming and informative This initial registration and setup was very easy; two or three basic forms to fill out. They even worked with me to file some paperwork on behalf of my dog's health insurance, PetPlan. Rocky and I met with Dr. Mann, and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner. The technicians were, also, very helpful. Rocky received multiple dental treats. I believe if your dog doesn't like someone, then they are suspect. But Rocky enjoyed his visit, so we will be back.

This vet is absolutely awesome. She treats the furbabies as if they were her own. She will work with you on the best outcome for your pet and everyone concerned and will try to find solutions that do not break the bank. She is absolutely the kindest vet I have met. I am very glad I found Dr Jill and her practice to treat my adopted baby with heartworm. If I could have given 10 stars I would have.
