This clinic saw me free of charge when my dog had a botched IV site - severe razor burn and a bandage wrapped so tight it made his leg swell. He had been to the vet earlier that day where they inserted the IV. The nurse must have been inexperienced, at best. He was so sensitive at the site that I couldn't get the bandage off myself and by the time I knew there was a problem, my vet office was closed. Luckily this emergency clinic offered to take the bandage off and take a look free of charge. It was very generous of them, seeing as how I had just called another emergency clinic who wanted to charge $85 to walk in the door.
