We took our dog Jackie here a while ago and the staff was very knowledgeable and very concerned for her well being. You could certainly tell that they do have a true compassionate understanding for what they do. The prices are somewhat a little excessive I will say which is the reason why I am not giving this 5 stars, but other then that. This is a great truly good place to go, and they do care.

I went to this "emergency" clinic one evening with my puppy. She was vomiting, over the years it has come to our attention she has allergies and a sensitive stomach at that time. They wanted to keep her overnight, do "exploratory" surgery the next morning even though her x-rays showed no evidence or any kind of object inside her they thought I needed to have her check out more thoroughly. I said, no thank you that I would take her to her own vet very next morning that I would call her. Between the cost of x-rays, check up and also IV for dehydration, I believe it came to over 300.00. While we waited for my puppy to come out after the IV so she could go home I was sitting next to two young women, late teens with a little hamster that was dying. Now no one came to take that hamster to save it, it died in the girls hands. I asked to see the hamster and could see it was dying and the last breath it took. This clinic had the nerve to come out and ask if these girls upset as they where would they like to have the hamster taking care of , disposed of more or less. Of course the girls didn't want the hamster dumped as they said they didn't have a place at the apartments to bury their little friend. This clinic gave them a charge of over a hundred dollars...I almost hit the ceiling myself to think this little tiny hamster was going to cost over 100.00 to dispose of. I just looked at the girl,,,,I thought how in the world can these people be this way...and they even tried to get me to use them as my Vets....I don't think so!!!! After this incident with the hamster we saw a older couple come in with their Jack Russell Terrier...they said it was sick and they liked this place....when they turned to talk to us...she showed me their dogs scar of where this clinic did "exploratory" surgery on their dog when he was little. I think this seemed to me to be a scam for this clinic...not sure but I think someone needs to check them out like the better business bureau. There is an emergency clinic off of 183 I believe around Anderson Mill Road that we have used years ago and was really good...

Our dog decided to jump on our dining room table and eat the flowers we had placed there. The lady who answered the phone was so kind and looked th flower up for us to ensure our dog was fine. They really helped us out and we look forward to switching to them as our regular vet. Thank you so much!

We had a terrible accident at our house. One of our dogs knocked over the ferret gate and seriously injured one of our ferrets. It clearly needed to be put down so we went to the AECCT. It was late at night and I didn't want him to suffer any more than he already had. They were VERY nice, did not try to talk us into any expensive treatment and agreed with us. It was VERY hard for me to make this decision. We took him home and they had even wrapped him up for us so we could give him a proper burial. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. We are glad you are here!
