I have a 7 month old puppy and have taken her here 3-4 times for her shots, to get more trifexis (heart/flea medicine), and most recently to get her spayed. I have nothing but positive things to say. The office isn't overly fancy or anything but the people are great. The ladies behind the counter are always friendly and happy and willing to answer the million questions I always ask since this is the first dog I've raised w/o any help. The veterinary assistants and Vet are all friendly to me and sweet to my dog. My dog actually gets excited when we get there now like when we get to the dog park or the lake, which still amazes me. Also, there are hardly ever any other people/animals waiting which makes for a smoother experience; I think twice I was the only one, there was one other once, and two another time.The last thing I'll mention is that I like how they offered to text me after my dog got out of surgery. I was obviously glad to hear she was okay and appreciated that they have the text system; I think its just a cricket phone but who cares as it was very convenient for me at work. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending them to anyone based on my experiences thus far.

I called the other day to try and get my cat an appointment. I was told they did not have time to see me and that I could take him to Emergency. I asked if I could just drop him off and come back later in the day. Again they said no not at all. I had to go to work and I thought it was important that my cat needed attention. The office was not very nice and would not help me or offer any solution. I have been taking my cat there for 7 years. Well no longer.
