We came into the clinic around 10 a.m. on Saturday and were admitted to one of the two new vets (we met with the young man) at around 11:30. Not a ridiculous wait, but enough to make you expect better service than we received. We went to get shots on our 3 month old boxer puppy and 3.5 year old dachshund. The vet spoke to us for about two minutes after giving our dogs shots and in that time he "told" us that we "must come back for surgery" because our boxer puppy's testicle hadn't dropped yet. I was a little taken back by the fact that he was not giving a recommendation but trying to guilt us into a surgery. He gave our boxer puppy a parvo shot, but would not give him a rabies shot and informed us we had to come back for another visit in a couple weeks, because they give rabies to dogs at 3 months, but they prefer to give it at 16 weeks. I deciphered that he wanted us to come back and pay for another vet visit to get more money out of us. Well low and behold our boxer puppy's testicle dropped in a week (which is what I expected after researching online). Therefore, the vet telling us that it would not drop and that he "must" have surgery was completley incorrect and based on a scheme to get more money out of us. I've heard great reviews about the old vet who I believe has retired, but these new vets are only interested in your money and didn't seem to give two craps about our dogs. In summary we waited for nearly two hours to talk to a vet for two minutes in which time they lied to us to swindle us out of more money. I do not recommend this vet and I truly hope the clinic finds veterinarians that are more ethical than this so called professional.

Been going here for 16 years, love all the vets, the prices and they always let us make the decision on the serious stuff and what is best for the animal. I will be so sad when Dr. Jung retires, love him and his wife Betty!! I recommend them to everyone, get their early in the morning or right around 1 30 as they are walk in only and closed from 12 - 2. They are so well thought of they are always packed!!

I've been to this clinic once so far to treat my cat which had an upper respiratory infection. The wait was a bit longer than I expected because it is a walk-in clinic, but this will vary based on when you arrive. The staff seemed well trained and experienced. My cat was back to its normal self after a few days. I will take my pets to this clinic in the future and recommend it to anyone in the Rowlett area.

Please beware of this clinic. They nearly killed my dog. She was in for her routine vaccinations, and had a terrible reaction. The vet claims to have premedicated her to avoid a reaction, however that was not the case. She was only given two injections, not the four the vet claims. The very rude young male vet tech also claims that the injections were given. He stated they slip them in pretty quick. My mother was holding the dog....it was very clear there were only two syringes and two injections given. It appears this clinic is willing to sacrifice integrity in order to protect their own reputation. Please beware of this clinic.
