With a heavy heart I feel that it is my duty to tell everyone what this so called "caring" vet and center did to my pet and my family. On Saturday we had made an appointment to put our family pet of 16 years to sleep. Our dog has cancer, pneumonia and suffering with pain that increases day by day. We chose this facility because it was open on Saturday afternoon so that my husband, children and myself could all be together to say goodbye. We are very well aware of the process that would happen and had prepared the ourselves and the children for this was not an easy choice by any means. This location was not easy to find, our GPS sent us down several back roads to finally find the location. When we arrived on Saturday, we were 12 minutes late. The receptionist said she would have to go in the back to ask the provider if they could still see us. As upsetting as this was to my children it was still understandable, I myself work for a doctor and understand it is up to the provider to make the call, but most providers always make arrangements for the well being of the patient. This staff unfortunately did not. The receptionist returned after a considerable amount of time to openly tell my family in front of my 9 year old, that they were not willing to stay and would need to book us at another location the next day. If you have ever had to prepare yourself and your children to say goodbye to a beloved family pet then you would understand the trauma this clinic has caused our family, this was a major life event that will forever change my family. This clinic does not care for the welfare of animals or their family members, I would never recommend or trust my pet to this clinic. If the staff and veterinarians are not even willing to spend an extra 10 minutes for a major life event then think what corners they are willing cut in everyday simple pet care. I would not wish what my family just experienced on my worst enemy.

Wonderful place to take your pets! We adopted two puppies last year and they were into everything! We originally went there because of the hours but both of the vets we have seen are wonderful! It is conveniently located, and a beautiful facility. They are open late enough on weekdays that you can schedule appointments after work and are also there on weekends. It couldn't be more convenient! The people are great, too! We are grateful that we found them!

I boarded my two dogs for a week while on vacation. The facilities were great and very clean! My dogs got to stay together in a very large run and even had an option for an upgrade. The clinic texted me pictures of my dogs playing outside and they got a complimentary bath when I picked them up. I will absolutely board them there again!!

Nicest people in the world. They nuetered a dog I adopted from Rowlett Animal Shelter and they were great, even when my pup Ruger peed all over their floor. I've used several vets over the years and this one by far stands out as the best. If I lived closer I would use this vet on a regular basis.

We had a great experience with this clinic. We had our kitten neutered and declawed, were able to meet with the veterinarians and overall had an exceptional experience. It's very clean, quiet and reasonably priced. I'd recommend for this clinic and it's doctors. It's nice to have both the staff and veterinarians know you as soon as you walk in the door, especially as a new patient!
