I really like how North Concho Veterinary Clinic provides excellent service for a good price. Throughout the years, I have been overall satisfied with the service my pets receive each visit.

The staff is very friendly and courteous. They were able to squeeze us in for a last minute appointment. They were very kind with my dog and was quick to answer any questions that my 8 year old son had for them! Very pleasant visit!

Awful. It's too bad you can't give ZERO stars because this incompetent group of individuals has definitely earned it. I suppose the one star is for the young girl who had a personality but couldn't tell her behind from a hole in the ground. They did not check our animals, who had been missing, at all. They snatched one up and popped him with a chip and round one parvovirus immunization, handed him off and repeated for dog two. Dog one while I was in the restroom and couldn't watch them. The boys came out of the same litter and we made that very clear to them but they still put the birthdates wrong, they weren't even the same month! That makes me wonder if they didn't screw up any other numbers, like the ones behind the $. They didn't send us the notices they promised for the other rounds of immunizations, which, after having met them personally, I wasn't surprised. Complete idiots with a thorough lack of attention to detail is what I would have to call these people. They're absolutely useless. It's no wonder we had such an easy time getting in to see the vet -- they've run off their own business! I have to trust a vet and his staff just like I do a pediatrician for my kids or they can't have my money. I will GLADLY pay any individual to do a job for me IF they DO THEIR JOB!!!

The entire staff at Concho Veterinary Clinic is very courteous and friendly each time I bring my dog in. They are very good with squeezing me in for an appointment in case I ever need to get in last minute.

Reasonably priced with great service. I would highly recommend North Concho Vet Clinic!
