They allowed me to come in and drop my dog off as they didn't have any open appointments but worked him between different animals with no extra charge. They kept me posted of what was going on through out the day. By the time I got off work I was able to pick him up. All the staff that helped me were super nice to my dog as well as myself, very friendly/clean environment.

Took my 12wk old German Shepherd puppy there easter Sunday due to a pit attack! They took great care of her & kept me updated on her!

I have been to 2 veterinary clinics in san angelo and this was by far the BEST. we will start fom the top. The area is clean and refreshing. The staff is warm and welcoming, they answered all my questions with ease and took great care with my dog. The Vet was young and smart and kind. she was so sweet to my dog. With the other Vet I encountered they gave me false information just to get me to spend more money. These people were upfront about everything. They did not rip me off. If you are Military GREAT they offer a military discount how awesome is that? Well thats all if you need a Vet COME HERE!!!

Love them, just moved to the area and found myself in a devastating situation with my dog. I had just moved into the area a few days before when my dog began to be very sick. I came in with no appointment and a very sick dog. They jumped in with all hands on deck to help me, no questions ask. The Vet took a great deal of time to sit with me and talk to me about the options I had. The staff supported me over a very difficult few hours. When the inevitable was recognized they literally held my hand and supported my 8 year old son in making a very sad decision. Truly one of the worst days I have had in a town I knew no one. The team at Southside treated me as they had known me for years and cared for my dog as if he were their own. As long as we live in San Angelo we will always take our pets to Southside.
