Our beloved dog of 14 years passed away on 23 Feb 12. When my wife and son took our Cerb to Dr. Rowe's and made the decision that he needed to pass on, Dr. Rowe and her staff showed the utmost kindness and empathy. The staff moved a party for one of the staff members so that my family would have a peaceful area for us to say our goodbyes. It took me an hour to arrive from work including getting my daughter from school. That whole time, Dr. Rowe and her staff, especially Ms. Sue did nothing but show my wife and son kindness and understanding. When I arrived with my daughter, more time was given to us to say our goodbyes. It wasn't until I requested it, that Dr. Rowe and Ms. Sue came and administered the medications that took our Cerb away. Afterwards, Ms. Sue called Fond Memories to take our Cerb away to be cremated. No matter what people may think of the outside of the Gosling Road Veterinary Clinic, it's the inside that matters. Dr. Rowe and her staff were wonderful. Period. My family will never forget the kindness shown to us and the dignity they allowed our beloved Cerb to have before he went to God. Thank you Dr. Rowe, Ms. Sue, and the Gosling Road Veterinary Staff.

Dr. Rowe and her staff are fantastic and the most reasonably priced vet in this area. Years ago we had a rescued kitty that had multiple health issues including ever increasing seizures. Dr. Rowe was able to medicate "Scary Cat"; my little kids named her that because she was pretty scary when having seizures. The cat needed frequent meds and became too much for us to handle so I decided the cat needed to be put down. To my surprise Dr. Rowe offered to adopt the kitty and keep her medicated at her own cost. The reason her building is small and maybe a little "stinky" is that she does not charge enough for her services and probably puts alot of her revenues into care of the many animals she rescues like our cat. As far as the OUTRAGED girl from Northampton...How dare Dr. Rowe time her vacation to coincide with your dogs death and how dare her staff take the time to decorate your dogs footprint. Get over yourself and thank her for the 14 years of service which appeared worth your 60 mile round-trip. I have always found that when people say its not about the money...its about the money.

They are nice enough but charge the same thing for routine shots and tests that the vets do who are located in newer, cleaner, nicer buildings. We think the place has "charm" though.

This place was an absolute dump! I was so nervous to even be in this trailer. Nothing seemed sanitary at all. I do not recommend this place at all. Disgusting!
