At just after 7am on 11-24-2009 we were turned away because the Veterinarian had a doctors appointment to go to. Our cat was practically comatose and totally unresponsive in my wife's arms. We were told to take him to another vet on the other side of the freeway that SHOULD be open. Thankfully they were and our cat was stabilized within 20 minutes. Turning us away was unexcuseable and completely unprofessional.
