I have been using Dr. Plummer for my 4 legged family members since I moved to Sugar Creek about 10 years ago. She was very compasionate when I had to put Ben down after sharing 16 wonderful years with him. I have been taking Bogie to her since I got him as a pup in 2006. In the beginning although I liked her, I wasn't very impressed with her office staff. They always seemed kind of disinterested and not very welcoming however, I'm glad tosay she now has a group of very nice, caring people. I feel this is so important. I would highly recomend Dr Plummer and her crew at Critter Care.

My Family has been with Critter Care for quite some time. Dr. Plummer has been nothing but a delight! She helped my mother during the process of the passing of our little boston terrier. She even reached out to us when she found a stray to see if we were interested! We have had Bonita (another boston terrier mix) with us ever since! I also have two boston terrier's of my own which i take to Dr. plummer as well! She is always ready to answer any questions that i have and she is very serious about her job. I really appreciate that! I always recommend critter care to family and friends!

I have 7 cats and Dr. Plummer takes care of all of my pets. It is obvious from the moment you walk in that the team cares. Most doctors can do routine things like vaccinations and check-ups but I had 2 cats who became seriously ill and had to stay for a week. Dr. Plummer and her team not only took good medical care of my babies but also treated them like their own. Karyn Wells, one of the Technicians is also exceptional with cats. I have had conversations in the waiting area with dog owners and I can tell you, they feel the same as I do. I highly recommend them.

We have used Critter Care for more than 4-5 years now, Would not trade for another place for my pets. If I say the word day care to my little pets, they run to their travel bag to go. We leave our pets there 1-2 weeks for vacation, Love this place. Doctor Plummer is the best !

Dr. Plummer is the best!!!! She was so sweet to my pit bull and took the time to explain everything. I was taking my pit to Richmond animal hospital and they were treating her for kennel cough. Oh she had kennel cough alright but were giving her the wrong meds! Until I found Critter care, Dr. Plummer changed her meds and within 3 days she was finally eating. Her kennel cough is going away so fast! I am very satisfied with Critter Care!
