Over the last 16 years Lexington's team of true professionals have cared for our pets. What amazes me is the talent pool. And the entire teams dedication to continuing education. This gives me the confidence to know my pets will always get excellent care. Loosing a pet is not easy. I DO know that first hand. It was an experience made easier by the compassion and care of the team. Having a pet that needed surgery and becoming their miracle save after 5-days in intensive care had me there about 8-hours a day sitting with my guy during those 5-days. I saw a lot and heard a lot and it is truly the kindest crew one can get to know. I highly recommend them. Their dedication to your pets is simply amazing.
The staff is wonderful. Dr. Taylor is amazing. I have a "difficult and nervous cat" who needs daily medication. I see the staff monthly. They always have my meds ready for me and are kind, considerate and thoughtful. My two sisters also use their clinic for their pets and we would highly recommend them.
I have used them for over 13 years now and have been very satisfied with their services. Appointments are easy to make and are very obliging. When one of my dogs got a serious infection after surgery, the doctors went out of their way to make sure my dog had a successful recovery and she did. I have found all the doctors there very helpful and appreciate all that they have done for all my pets.
I have been taking all my pets to Dr. Taylor for years. There is no one I trust more and value his opinion and course of action to be taken to keep my pets healthy and able to live a full life, even with their medical problems. He actually speaks to a person in a way that any medical problem is actually understood, and will continue to explain until HE is satisfied that you do understand. A most humane and caring person. There is only one word to describe our experience with our dog, Darby and Lexington Hospital: OUTSTANDING. The interaction between the Hospital, the Staff, the Doctor and ourselves was such a positive experience that we would recommend their services to anyone with a discourteous ( problematic) animal. We have even considered their services for our better behaved dog. The care and empathy displayed for our pet and ourselves was comforting and reassuring. I could go on and on and shower accolades galore, but that would be suspect, instead I will simply state, if you are having a behavioral issue with your pet, PLEASE CALL LEXINGTON IMMEDIATELY !! This is not only smart but the best course for you and your pet companion. Your pet will appreciate immensely. By the way, you will too.
