The staff, nurses and doctor were incredibly sweet and professional. Worked hard to find me a good deal and was quick about making a diagnosis and treatment. Will most definitely will be going back for all my future vet needs.

From the friendly front desk staff to the technicians and vets, VCA is a really nice place to take your pets. Appointments are easy to book and I've never waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean. The vets who have examined my dog are caring and good at communicating their recommendations for his care. VCA strikes a great balance between professionalism and warmth that I like when I go to any doctor -- whether for my children or my pets.

Everyone from the receptionist to the vet was caring, compassionate, and very patient while we had to make the hardest decision we've ever had to make. We drove a long way to get there, and they were unfortunately not able to save our beloved puppy, but they supported us, stood by us while we came to a decision, and waited for the rest of the family to come and have a chance to say goodbye before putting her down in the most humane way possible. They were the best anyone could ask for.

Everytime I come here I have never felt like they were trying to charge me to much, other vets will tell me my dog needs all these tests & things cuz they can't figure out what's wrong & then they slap a huge unreasonable bill before they even talk about treatments, Dr Nightengale narrows it down w/o charging me for a bunch of tests, discusses treatment options & their prices, treats my dog right away & always calls me back to talk about my concerns & doesn't try to scare me into more expensive care. I've also always been treated well by the ladys up front

This was the worst vet ever!!!! Very rude and showed no compassion for animals!!! More Passionate about money than animals. My dog had a serious emergency and would not check him out unless I gave them 950.00 first. Paola Lazaretti should be ashamed of her self...Worst vet I have ever met!!!! Down right sorry!! Found another vet close by who cared about my pets health.
