I would not personally recommend this vet clinic to anyone who views their pet as a member of the family. My experience with them was that their patients are treated as animals and not pets. There is a big difference! They had very little compassion and my cat was shaking like a chihuahua when I picked her up and she has never shaken from going to any other vet clinic. My cat was walking and pretty bright eyed when I took her in there but when I picked her up she could barely walk and got worse each day. Even though she had a condition that could not be cured, there was no reason for her to go from one extreme to another in such a short period of time unless something dramatic happened to her there. I do believe with all my heart that they dropped her and mistreated her terribly. I am very disappointed with this clinic and will never return. There are good, compassionate vet clinics out there, but this is not one of them. If you view your animal as a member of your family, do not take them here!

I have now had multiple times in which this clinic has been deceitful. Since I am a full time student and do not work, I CALL before I go to make sure I can afford to get something done. TWICE now I have asked a price over the phone and went there, had the procedure done and then it costs considerably more AFTER you have had it done and can do nothing about it. This is a simple procedure like "I have seen a tapeworm in the stool of the last two puppies of a litter that I have been looking for homes for". They won't just sell me a tape worm pill. Said I had to bring them in and that they could do a stool check. The cost would be around $30 and that they just test one puppy of a litter. I then asked would that be plus wormer. They said it included the wormer medication. I explained I was a full time student so I wanted to make sure of the price. I go take the two puppies in (had to take both so they could weigh them). Comes to $46. They charged me $20 per dog for fecal check. I tell them about what I was told on the phone. She then said they didn't see anything in the stool so they did the other one (didn't ask me). Of course I had already wormed these puppies myself so I knew they had nothing else (but the stuff I used did not get rid of the tapes). THEN when I tell her what I was told, she said they usually charge an office exam but didn't charge me that. The woman on the phone said there wasn't a health check fee if only having a stool check. They even tell me before stool check that tape worms do not show up in fecal check (of course not, they are not microscopic worms). But they forced the stool check because they have to show they saw the puppy to give a tapeworm pill to me. Its one thing that somebody makes a mistake on quoting but this has happened more than one time as if a ploy to get people in and make more money off them. GREED....really upsets me.

Went for the first time here and very much appreciated the doctor and staff. I like that they offer walk in services at this clinic, but also have a doctor seen by appointment only. I like to come in and be seen right away at MY appointment time, but I love that there is an option to just show up if we ever need to also. Great idea, although there is only one appointments doctor and several walk in only doctors. Learning this initially made them seem unbalanced, but their service was not at all! The operation was smoothly coordinated, quick, and thorough. I suppose that the several walk in doctors make it so that you really don't need an appointment...they are ON DEMAND!!!

Dr. Prigden cares. When my puppy is sick I drive 4 1/2hours from Cleveland MS for my Laci to see Dr Prigden. I tried other vets after we moved but none compare.

I agree! These vets are wonderful, they really do care for your pets health, they are super nice! They are very professional about their job, they send reminders in the mail, and they are very good at keeping record of your pet. Highly recomend them!
