Staff is condescending, inconsiderate, and unreliable in meeting the needs of local customers! On my first visit a year ago, the staff would not price match online meds until I printed a screenshot from my home computer (mind you I was there for my pet's checkup!) 6 months later, I stopped by to get another 6 months of heartworm medicine and was told they would call me when it was ready to pickup (NEVER happened) I went to check on medicine and they tried to sell me a heartworm & flea preventative for $132! Poor service from desk workers despite the Vet trying to help customers shop locally.
