This is a follow up to the review below. After this unfortunate incident, I received a phone call from Dr. Orr, Veterinarian and owner. He was very apologetic and assured me that this is not the norm for their facility. He stated that this occurred due to a communication and training issue with some staff and that he would be making adjustments to ensure no repeat. He also posted a response to my review. He made sure that we were refunded the over charge and offered free exams and care if either dog had an adverse reaction from the injections. I am satisfied that this was an unfortunate and very unusual situation and we will use Creekside again. We boarded two dogs for four days, 4 nights. We were quoted the cost of boarding and made arrangements for Creekside to call our groomers (Petco) to get verification of a rabies vaccination that was missing from one dog's shot record. The shot record for the other dog was complete and left with Creekside when the dogs were dropped off. We visited the facility two days before drop off to make sure all arrangements were understood. When we picked up the dogs we found that we were charged $38 more than the quoted amount. But worse, both dogs were given vaccinations that they didn't need and no attempt was made to contact us to get permission to administer those vaccinations even though they had required us to give them 4 contact numbers.. This is of great concern to us especially since one of the dogs was sick for two days after pickup.

This was my first experience with a vet and I was very pleased! We have guinea pigs and not too many places do veterinary care for small animals. Their service was excellent and they were very accommodating with my schedule. Dr. Orr was very knowledgeable about my sick pig and he and his staff treated her very well. Their prices are much lower than any other exotic vet in the valley. I would highly recommend them and will only take my pigs to them for all their checkups and visits.

Can i first off just say what a wonderful staff they have! OMG! we have had rats for years now, and they know them by name when we come in and they know us as owners as well! AMAZING! we just brought home a new dog, which i have never had a dog in my life. And i have so many questions all the time. I know that i can just call them, obviously during business hours, and they are more than willing to answer my questions, and help me with what i need to do for not only my new little boy, but my other babies as well! I am so grateful for them, and will always bring my animals to them!

Creekside saved our new family pet. My daughters saved for a Juliana pig as a pet due to extreme allergies. When the neutering went wrong at another clinic, Dr. Orr immediately fixed the problem which required surgery and a weekend stay. They kept us updated daily on our pets progress and went over all concerns with us. They continued to check on our pet daily after bringing him home. I think they were very generous with pricing!! I believe they went above and beyond and for that they have won our business for as long as we own pets.

We always love leaving our Rottweiller dog, Zeus, there at Creekside Animal Boarding. They give our dog individual loving attention and make sure he feels comfortable when he's there. He has never had any bad experiences there and is not uncomfortable or traumatized in any way while there. He gets excited when we get to their front door which shows us that he likes the staff and facility and doesn't mind being left there when we're gone.
