As a professional breeder and Hunt Test participant, I've been using MV for 9 years. They are great to work with and very responsive. We've had some emergencies and surprises along the way. They are terrific help.

The clinic has been taking care of our dogs for multiple years since they were puppies. During all these years, the clinic has consistently provided excellent medical service at a high professional level for our dogs. One thing that really stands out is their love and care of pets. Here, let me just show one example. This summer, our family went on a multiple-week international trip and needed to leave our dog, Koko, at the clinic for dog-care. Koko is a shy Golden Retriever. It was a shock for him to leave family members to stay there by himself. Initially he refused to eat. The caretaker, Breauna, patiently worked on him with various feeding ways and eventually ended up with hand-feeding, which she used for every Koko's meal. Dr. Papenfuss also checked on Koko multiple times during Koko's stay. Two of them sent us multiple emails during our trip to give us the updates of Koko's situation, which gave us a lot of comfort and made our trip more enjoyable. When we came back, there was a healthy and happy Koko greeting us and also we were provided a detailed report on Koko's health and daily activity during his stay. It was an excellent service and no way to ask for more. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Papenfuss for her consistent loving care on Koko, Dr. Israelsen for his emergency treatment at midnight, Kendall for her friendliness with Koko, for this reason Koko always climbed on the front desk to look for her whenever he came to the clinic, and Breauna for her personal care on Koko during his stay this summer. We also would like to thank Dr. Hillegass and other medical staff at the clinic for their professional care provided to Koko during all these years. I would strongly recommend the Mountain View Veterinary Health Center to all pets-lovers in this area.

I recently got my pup neutered, everything went well at first, until I took him home, he had a delayed reaction to penicillin. He started to swell quickly. We ended up going back to the vet two more times that night, and they were happy to help after hours, and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I'm so happy they knew what to give him to stop his reaction!

The entire staff at Mountain View was very friendly and helpful. They treated my sweet Loki with love and care throughout his entire visit. It is apparent that they are all animal lovers! Dr. Papenfuss was very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to me as well as answer all of my questions. I will be taking all of my dogs there from now on!

I have been bringing my two dogs here for the last 8 years, they are now old dogs with all that goes with being old. Mountain View Vet has taken great care of them and all their needs. We have had some emergencies along the way that they made much easier for us. I would recommend anyone with dogs or cats that are family to trust them to be taken care of at Mountain View Vet. We have also boarded our pets with them and have always been certain that they where taken care of. I love that when I come in with them they remember them and are excited to see them again.
